NEAR Mobile Swap is a non-custodial, decentralized token swap interface powered by the Aurora Intents Widget, which interacts with the NEAR Intents Protocol.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Our Role

NEAR Mobile Swap provides a front-end interface that allows you to interact with decentralized protocols. We do not operate a centralized exchange, do not custody your assets, and do not control the underlying blockchain networks or the NEAR Intents Protocol.

The swap functionality is powered by the Aurora Intents Widget, a third-party service provided by Aurora Labs Limited. When you use the swap widget, your interaction is also subject to Aurora Labs' own privacy policy, available at aurora.dev/privacy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

NEAR Mobile Swap is designed to be privacy-preserving. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
• KYC/KYB documentation or government-issued identification
• Financial account information (bank accounts, credit cards)
• Biometric data or health information

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically collect limited technical data:

3.3 Wallet Address and Transaction Data

When you connect a wallet and perform a swap:

• Your public wallet address is shared with the Aurora Intents Widget to facilitate the transaction. We do not store it on our servers.
• All transaction data is processed directly by the NEAR Intents Protocol and recorded on public blockchains. This data is publicly visible, immutable, and outside our control.

• This on-chain data cannot be deleted, modified, or hidden by us or anyone else.
• Neither NEAR Mobile Swap nor Aurora Labs has control over the transparency of public blockchains.

NEAR Mobile Swap may use browser local storage to remember your preferences (e.g., connected wallet). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Third-party services embedded in the Service (such as the Aurora Intents Widget) may set their own cookies. Please refer to their privacy policies for details.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all connections. Since the Service is non-custodial, we do not store private keys, passwords, or sensitive financial data on our servers.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process data globally in accordance with their privacy policy.
