What is Infinex (INX)?
Infinex is a crypto trading platform that aims to feel like a centralized exchange while leaving users in control of their funds. It was founded by Kain Warwick, who also started Synthetix, and its INX token was generated on 30 January 2026 after a Patron NFT round and a public sale via Sonar.

How Infinex works
Accounts are secured with passkeys instead of seed phrases, and a single interface spans Ethereum, Solana, several Layer 2s and other networks. The app aggregates spot DEXs and perpetuals venues, handling routing and gas abstraction behind the scenes.
What INX is used for
INX is used for governance and user incentives on the platform, and Infinex has said it intends to use revenue for buybacks. Patron NFT holders received a large share of the initial distribution.

A fixed supply of 10 billion INX was minted at the token generation event; sale allocations carried lockups.
