What is Intellex (ITLX)?
Intellex is an AI infrastructure project on NEAR that works on memory for AI agents: how agents store knowledge, share it and pay for it across systems. Its ITLX token contract was deployed in 2025, and the team announced the token generation event in November 2025.

How Intellex works
The protocol breaks agent memory into five stages: create, license, use, update and revoke. Owners can license memory models without exposing the underlying data. Usage is metered, and each use pays small royalties in ITLX to the people who contributed the data.
What ITLX is used for
ITLX pays for licenses to access memory assets and settles royalties to data contributors. Holders can also lock it for voting power on protocol parameters and emissions.
ITLX supply
The NEAR contract has a maximum of 1 billion ITLX, and allocations vest according to Intellex's published tokenomics.
Before you swap ITLX
ITLX trades mainly on NEAR, including through NEAR Intents, and liquidity is thin, so a large order can move the price. Keep a little NEAR for later transfers.
