How to convert World Liberty Financial USD to USD Coin

Converting USD1 to USDC on NEAR Mobile Swap is done in three simple steps through the NEAR Intents protocol: Deposit, Swap, and Withdraw.

Step 1 — Deposit USD1 from Ethereum
Go to the Deposit tab and select World Liberty Financial USD (USD1) on Ethereum. The widget will generate a deposit address (or QR code) — send your USD1 there from any wallet. Once the deposit is confirmed on Ethereum, your USD1 balance appears inside NEAR Intents.

Step 2 — Swap USD1 to USDC on NEAR Intents
Switch to the Swap tab, pick USD1 as the source and USDC as the target. Enter the amount and confirm — solvers compete to fill your order and the swap settles in seconds.

Step 3 — Withdraw USDC to Ethereum
Finally, go to the Withdraw tab. Select USD Coin (USDC) from your NEAR Intents balance and choose Ethereum as the destination. Enter an address from any EVM wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby and confirm.

⚠ Important: When entering a withdrawal address, make sure it is a personal wallet you control. Some centralized exchanges do not support receiving funds from smart-contract-based deposits — sending to an exchange address may result in lost funds.

About the USD1USDC swap

USD1 and USDC both live on Ethereum, so you deposit and withdraw on the same network. NEAR Intents still routes the trade through its solver network, which means you get a competitive quote without picking a DEX or an aggregator yourself.

USD1 and USDC are both dollar-pegged stablecoins, so the rate stays close to 1:1. People swap between them to move to the stablecoin a protocol or exchange accepts, or to change issuer or network without cashing out.

About World Liberty Financial USD and USD Coin

What is World Liberty Financial USD (USD1)?

How World Liberty Financial USD works

Each USD1 is backed by reserves of US dollars, short-dated US Treasury bills and government money market fund holdings, custodied by BitGo Trust Company. Eligible institutions mint and redeem at one dollar per token, and the issuer publishes monthly third-party attestations of the reserves.

What USD1 is used for

Traders use USD1 as a dollar base pair on exchanges and DEXs, and institutions have used it to settle large transactions. It is also integrated into DeFi lending and liquidity pools on several chains.

USD1 supply

Supply has no fixed ceiling and expands or contracts as tokens are minted and redeemed against reserves on a 1:1 basis.

Before you swap USD1

USD1 is available here on both Ethereum and Solana; pick the network you will use afterwards and keep ETH or SOL for gas. It targets the US dollar, so swaps from other dollar stablecoins should price close to parity.

What is USD Coin (USDC)?

USDC is a US dollar stablecoin issued by Circle, first launched in September 2018 through the Centre consortium that Circle founded with Coinbase. Circle now manages the token directly, and USDC is issued natively on a range of blockchains, with Ethereum among the largest.

How USD Coin works

Each USDC is meant to be redeemable for one dollar, and Circle mints or burns tokens as institutional customers deposit or withdraw funds. Reserves are held in cash and short-dated US government obligations, largely through a dedicated fund, and Circle publishes regular reports on their composition.

What USDC is used for

USDC is widely used for settlement and payments, both in crypto markets and in business transfers that benefit from moving dollars at any hour. In decentralized finance it serves as a common unit for lending, liquidity pools and trading.

USDC supply

Supply is elastic: USDC is created when dollars are deposited and destroyed when it is redeemed. Circle aims to keep reserves equal to or greater than the amount of USDC in circulation.

Before you swap USDC

The widget defaults to USDC on Ethereum, but the same token also lives on Solana, NEAR, Base and other chains, so select the network your wallet actually uses. Beware of bridged versions with similar names, which are not the same as natively issued USDC.
