What is HAPI Protocol (HAPI)?
HAPI Protocol is an on-chain cybersecurity project that emerged from the Hacken ecosystem and went public through an initial DEX offering in March 2021. It gives smart contracts, exchanges and wallets risk data on compromised addresses and stolen funds, with deployments on Ethereum, NEAR, Solana and BNB Chain.

How HAPI Protocol works
HAPI runs oracles and a set of cross-chain smart contracts that record addresses tied to hacks, scams and other illicit activity, together with risk scores. Integrators query this data to screen transfers in real time, and reporters are rewarded for submitting information that is confirmed as valid.
What HAPI is used for
Projects use HAPI to access its AML and threat data and to take part in the protocol's reporting and validation. Holders also trade and stake HAPI across the networks where it is deployed.
HAPI supply
The cap is 1 million HAPI, which is small compared with most tokens. About 460,000 of these were offered across the 2021 sale rounds.
